Using this website

The content of this site is informative. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but prices, product features and terms can change. What binds us is the quote or contract we sign, not what this page happens to say at a given moment.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, illustrations, logo and our own software — VMate AI and the event translation system — belong to Miami Live Streaming. You are welcome to quote and link to us as normal; what you may not do is reproduce the content as your own or copy, decompile or redistribute our software.

VMate AI terms

• Free trial: 30 days with every feature, no card required. It does not roll into a paid plan automatically: if you do not subscribe, it simply stops working.
• Subscription: $39 per month, renewing automatically. You can cancel whenever you want and you keep the service until the end of the period already paid for.
• Dubbing packs: bought separately, they are a one-off payment and non-refundable. Hours do not expire while the account is active.
• Activation: your licence activates by itself if you pay with the same email you registered with in the application. If you use a different one, write to us and we sort it out by hand.
• Requires an internet connection and vMix. It does not work with OBS or other switchers. This is stated on the product page itself, and it is worth checking before you subscribe.

Payments are processed through Square. The final amount is calculated on their payment form.

Event translation terms

• Billed per activation day and per language-hour of use. The exact quote is provided before each event.
• Credit is bought in advance and consumed according to actual use, which is recorded in your account.
• The translation is generated by artificial intelligence. It is very good, but it is not a certified interpreter and does not replace one: do not use it for proceedings with legal standing where certified human interpretation is required.
• The service needs an internet connection in the room and attendees with a phone and a browser.

Production services

Production work, studio technical operation and post-production are governed by the quote accepted in each case, which sets out scope, dates, deliverables and price.

Liability

We do everything we can to make our services work, and we use them daily on our own broadcasts before offering them to anyone. Even so, neither this website nor our products can be guaranteed free of interruptions: they depend on third parties such as the internet connection, YouTube, cloud artificial intelligence services or vMix itself.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability is capped at the amount you have paid us for the affected service.

Links to other sites

This website links to YouTube, Instagram, GitHub and Square, among others. We do not control their content or their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), and any dispute will be submitted to its courts, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers in their country of residence.
