What data this website collects, what we use it for and who it is shared with. Written to be understood, not to cover ourselves.

Miami Live Streaming, based in Miami, Florida (United States). For anything related to this page you can write to info@miamilivestreaming.com or call +1 786 449 2881.
We collect your name, email address, phone number if you enter it — it is optional —, the type of project and the message you write. We use them for one thing only: to reply and, if we reach an agreement, to prepare the proposal.
The form runs on Web3Forms, a service that receives the message and forwards it to us by email. There is no customer database behind this website: your message ends up in our inbox and stays there.
We use Cloudflare's analytics to know how many people visit and which pages get read. It uses no cookies and identifies nobody: it only counts visits in aggregate. That is why it works even if you reject cookies.
In addition, if you accept in the cookie notice, we load the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our ads work, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account, so what it collects is also used to measure our ads and to show them to you again if you have been here before. Those two do use cookies and do track individuals, which is why they are not loaded until you allow it. If you reject, they are not loaded and the site works just the same.
The presentations under /privado/ are encrypted and ask for a password.
When someone enters the right password, we receive an email with
the document's internal name, the date and the time. That notice
does not say who opened it: no name, no email, no cookie. It works
like a read receipt.
The application under /eventos/ is a service with its own accounts. To
create one we collect your name, your company, your email and a password
(stored encrypted, never in plain text). They are used to give you access, manage your
events and bill your usage. That application is hosted on Render
(United States).

You can change your mind whenever you want:
We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone. We do use providers that, by their nature, handle some information:
All of them are, wholly or partly, in the United States. If you write from outside, your data leaves your country.
Form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation has commercial sense, and are deleted when it no longer does. Event translation accounts, for as long as the account is active. Analytics is aggregated and cannot be linked back to you.
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to our using it or take it with you. Just write to info@miamilivestreaming.com from the address you contacted us with. We reply within a reasonable time and without asking you to justify yourself.
If you are in the European Union and you believe we have not done things properly, you have the right to complain to your country's data protection authority.
This website and our services are aimed at professionals and companies. They are not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If any of the above changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
