Simultaneous translation for events, with a QR code

Forget booths, receivers and rented headsets. With our system, every attendee scans a QR code on the way in and hears the simultaneous translation, generated by artificial intelligence, on their own phone with their own earphones.

If you are a sound engineer or you run events, you can create your account right now and have it working at your next event.

How it works

Three steps to a multilingual event

1. Scan

The attendee scans the QR code printed on their ticket, their seat or the room screens. No app to install.

2. Pick a language

They choose their language in the browser. Our AI translates and voices the event audio in real time, with natural voices.

3. Listen

They hear the simultaneous translation on their own phone, with minimal latency, for the whole event.

Advantages

Professional translation without the usual logistics

  • No hardware for the audience: no receivers to hand out and collect; everyone uses their own phone.
  • Several languages at once: priced per hour and per language, without the booth, the radio-frequency kit and the interpreter each one demands in the traditional setup.
  • Minimal installation: we take the room audio feed and handle the rest.
  • Scalable: from a twenty-person meeting to a conference with thousands.
  • Ideal for: conferences, summits, churches, shareholder meetings, institutional events and trade shows.

Start it yourself

The system runs on the same AI translation technology we use daily on our own live channels. You create your account, register the event, choose the languages and get the QR code ready to print or project in the room.

Would you rather we ran it? Write to us and we handle the whole setup.

Frequently asked

What we get asked most

Do attendees have to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera, pick their language in the browser and listen. Nothing to download and no sign-up.

What does each attendee need?

Their phone and a pair of earphones, either their own or handed out by the organiser. No receivers to distribute and collect on the way in and out.

Can you run several languages at the same time?

Yes, as many as the event needs, all running at once. Pricing is per hour and per language, so every language you add costs more; what you save against the traditional setup is the booth, the radio-frequency equipment and the interpreter for each language. Tell us how many languages and how many hours and we will send you an exact price.

Can we hand out earphones to attendees?

Yes, and it is a good idea: nobody is left out for having forgotten theirs. Many organisers hand out simple earphones branded with the event logo, which attendees then take home. They start at around $1.50 per unit depending on quantity and model. Write to us and we will help you arrange it.

What has to be installed in the room?

Very little: we take the room audio feed and handle the rest. No interpreting booths and no radio-frequency equipment.

Is it only for large conferences, or does it work for small events?

Both. It works the same for a twenty-person meeting as for a conference with thousands, because every attendee listens on their own phone.

Can I set it up myself?

Yes. If you are a sound engineer or you run events, you can create your account, register the event, choose the languages and get the QR code ready to print or project. And if you would rather we ran it, we handle the whole setup.
